About The Certification Exam

Our exam was developed by our panel of Social Media experts and thought leaders under the direction of our Director of Social Media.

The exam includes 100 questions that cover all topics of Social Media tools, marketing and best practices. In order to pass the exam you must answer 80 out of 100 questions correctly. You must pass the exam in order to receive your Certification as a Social Media Consultant and complete your diploma process. Your diploma will be mailed to you upon passing the final exam.
